Mikella and Matt are friends of a friend (and previous Bride!) so I knew that we would get along well! These two are SO nice, so laid back and were so trusting of us to do our thing, which is always nice! When we first met, they showed me a photo of their chapel on Matt’s phone, which was amazing but really didn’t do it justice! There was so much work and detail put into that place, you can literally stare at the walls for hours…. something I was trying not to do for too long, since we were working! Even though this wedding was in October it was an extremely rare day with SNOW flurries and lots of cold rain!!! We were like umm, what? snow??!! so that altered our plans of doing an outdoor “First Look” and nixed the majority of outdoor photo plans, but luckily between the church and Overhills Mansion, it didn’t matter; the interior was beautiful enough! This was also what would’ve been my Grandma’s 97th birthday, she would’ve been so proud that I was in a such a beautiful Catholic Church on her birthday. Miss you, Grandma!
Personalized M&M’s are a cute wedding snack, but even cuter because the B&G actually are “M&M”!
hello, beautiful chapel!
They are so cute together! Mikella’s classic beauty and Matt’s nice smile made my job easy!!!
They toughed it out for a few (cold) minutes to do some outdoor shots at the Mansion (you can even see a few flurries in these pics!) I love their custom and sparkly Converse too!
