A St. Michael’s Wedding: Elizabeth&Henry, November 19, 2011 *St. Michael’s Wedding Photographer*

Henry and Elizabeth were referred to me by Mary, the fabulous officiant behind Weddings Your Way by Mary. These two broke with a lot of tradition and opted for an intimate wedding in beautiful St. Michael’s, MD‘s Thomas Harrison House, which they rented for the entire weekend.  The house was built in 1795 (see photo below, that’s how I remember these things!), the street  runs along the waterfront and is full of homes from the 18th and 19th centuries; charming is an understatement! And when I say the wedding was intimate, I mean it! There were 13 guests plus their beloved Pug, Tali, who participated in all the events, including dinner :). Elizabeth is involved in the food industry, so her personal caterer/friend cooked up a fabulous meal, which I was lucky enough to have a chance to eat and even take home a doggy bag (I am not ashamed to work for food).  It was a wonderful way to end my 2011 wedding season, congrats to the newlyweds!

I was in love with this old house! There were so many details inside and out, that I could have spent all day just photographing them… but I also had people to shoot! 🙂

Gorgeous!

I love when I can actually fit the entire wedding guest list into one photo!

Pretty people + pretty places = my job is easy (sorta!)
