A St. Michael’s Wedding, Nathalie&Kevin-9.25.10! *St. Michael’s Wedding Photographer*

Where do I begin with this one???!!! Nathalie is a friend of mine, I remember the first time we met…I was at home and didn’t want to be around anybody, and some friends showed up, so I forced myself into social mode. By the end of the night we were cheers-ing glasses of sauvigon blanc and taking photos together. I am still honored that her and Kevin chose me for their wedding photos. Technically, I would’ve been a guest if I wasn’t a photographer, so I actually got to sit down a little and drink some wine… well, I do that briefly at some weddings, but I’m usually hiding when I do it 🙂 I cannot tell you enough how happy I am for you, Nathalie (and Kevin!). Nathalie and I have seen each other go through tested times in our lives and I’m so happy to see her glowing with happiness. I know, I’m getting sappy but it’s true…she deserves the smiles that are all over her face. xo

Isn’t it cute that Nathalie’s niece has a little mini-version of her wedding dress?

every wedding should include dogs, they clean up all the food on the ground! love <3

I became obsessed with their rings! First, the rings are awesome. They came straight from Ireland, I think the day before? the ceremony. Nathalie had to chase the Fed Ex guy down to get them before Saturday 🙂 And second, the wedding was held at Nathalie’s parents home, which is full of cool stuff to put them on. Nathalie and I are big music people, so the music props were appropriate throughout the day. I wish I had my macro lens then, but I used a sorta-macro lens and got some decent shots.

yes, that’s me in the left corner with super dark brown hair, it faded, fast…

and here our our first photos together, 6 years ago, I don’t think we had enough wine…
